"Just a heads up: it came out pretty much exactly right"
I’m happy with how it turned out. There were a lot of options to choose from, and my controller ended up looking almost exactly like the design preview. Just putting this out there for anyone on the fence: what you see in the preview is close to what you’ll get. No real complaints from me.

"Wrong order and slow to fix it"
I ordered a custom controller and the one I got wasn’t the setup I picked on the site. Shipping also took longer than I expected, so I was already frustrated by the time it arrived. I emailed them about the mistake, but it felt like I had to keep following up just to get a clear answer. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but mine was disappointing and I wouldn’t order again

I’ll give it credit, it definitely looks like something premium sitting there. Unfortunately, that’s kind of where the excitement ended for me. I paid a steep price expecting it to feel noticeably better, but the controller was only fine, not amazing. Then the extra charges started piling on, which made it feel even less worth it. It’s nice enough, I guess, just not nice enough for what they’re asking. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Still waiting after two weeks"
I ordered this two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. The shipping has been really slow, and the tracking hasn’t updated at all, which is frustrating. A friend had recommended it to me, so I was excited to try it, but the delivery experience hasn’t been great so far

"Helpful when I needed a hand"
I had a question about my order and they got back to me quickly. It wasn’t perfect, but overall the service was solid and they were helpful when I needed it.

"When I first got this controller..."
When I first got this controller, I really liked the look and it felt solid enough out of the box. After using it for a few weeks though, the buttons started to feel loose, and now one of the paddles sticks when I press it. That’s what really changed my opinion, because day to day it just doesn’t feel reliable anymore. For the price, I expected it to hold up a lot better. Support was decent, but the overall build quality didn’t work out for me.

"Mods quit on me after about a week"
The controller felt good at first, but after maybe a few days or so, the mods started acting up. Sometimes they’d work like they were supposed to, and other times nothing would happen at all. I waited around for support for what felt like way too long and eventually just gave up. For me, it wasn’t really worth the hassle.
